LARRY McGEARTY
Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Larry has spent his career designing, leading, and creating award-winning, integrated marketing programs for a wide range of brands. He has led creative, strategy, brand innovation, product development, and package design for domestic and international clients ranging from beverages to fashion, footwear to confections.
He takes pride in relentlessly pushing the envelope, providing inspiring creative leadership and a collaborative work environment with his clients. He has helped shape brands like M&M Mars, Chupa Chups, Dos Equis, Heineken, Glenfiddich, Puma, Converse, Diesel, Levi’s, Everlast Boxing, and Ancho Reyes.
Larry has also applied his entrepreneurial spirit as part of the creative team that invented Sailor Jerry’s Rum, and most recently has led a team of brand-building creatives to help Gruppo Campari launch and reinvigorate some of their largest brands, such as Skyy Vodka, Appleton Rum, and Espolòn Tequila.
KEVIN BEYER
Director of Marketing & Client Success
Kevin’s career has focused on creating strategic frameworks for brands, developing activation plans, and overseeing campaign implementation from partnership sourcing to trial and engagement and everything in between.
He’s worked with a wide range
of clients, including Cointreau, Sailor Jerry Rum, Hendricks Gin, Smirnoff, Puma, Hangar One, Silverpeak Apothecary, Ancho Reyes, and La Colombe.
At Flotsam & Jetsam, Kevin manages the strategic process and builds and manages relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
SARAH FEENEY
Brand Strategy
Sarah Feeney has had an illustrious career working on lifestyle and culture-based brands such as PUMA, Ben Sherman, and Sailor Jerry Rum
and was featured in the BBC documentary "Cool Hunters" on how brands express their culture for authenticity.
Despite being a Londoner, Sarah has acquired specialist knowledge of the American market, advising VICE Media on Old Blue Last, their
limited edition beer release in NYC, the Californian-based 805 Beer, and her current project with Larry McGearty and Kevin Beyer,
Sweet Gwendoline French Gin.

NICK PAPARONE
Creative Director
Nick Paparone is a creative director known for his design work, which is often associated with the Warholian process of blending fine art, advertising, and culture.
He holds a Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from Columbia University and is a professor of design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
He has been instrumental in the
development of many spirit brands, such as Sailor Jerry Rum and Espolón Tequila. Additionally, he worked as a full-time creative director at Urban Outfitters and WeWork.
MIKE HIGGINS
Copy Writer & Creative Strategy
A writer by trade, Mike honed his craft as a wordsmith and creative thinker over two decades, first in his native Kansas City, and now in his adopted home of New York.
Over his career, Mike has created highly effective and gratifying work, most recently for Espolon Tequila, Appleton Rum, and Ancho Reyes.
Choosing to buck the usual conventions of a traditional agency has allowed Mike to concentrate on projects and client work, which he can have more ownership of, instilling his work with more heartfelt excitement and conviction.
